Palm Beach County saw 35 establishments earn perfect 100% health-inspection scores for July 21-27, according to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation database. However, five venues—including El Jalapeño Food Truck and Rock Irish Pub—were temporarily closed for high-priority violations such as live roach infestations, temperature-control lapses and handwashing failures.
In Charlotte, North Carolina, two Bojangles outlets on North Tryon Street (87%) and Albemarle Road (89%) fell below the 90% "A" threshold this July after inspectors documented insect activity, improper food storage and rushed handwashing. Out of 166 local inspections, only three restaurants received "B" grades.
Consumers can view scores online, look for visible hygiene practices and report violations to help curb foodborne-illness risks.
