If you're a tampon or pad user, it's time to ditch and switch to a menstrual cup. Seriously, it has been such a game changer for me. Not only is it way better for the planet, it's a serious money saver too. I haven't bought tampons in over two years. 🙌 And real talk, I have 100% done that thing where I forgot I already had a tampon in and put another one in. 🫣 Never again.


I personally like the Saalt brand the best. It just seems to leak the least for me. And this is TMI, but we're going there… when you want to take it out, just act like you're pooping (yep, that motion!) and it comes right out. Same thing when you put it in, a little bearing down helps expand the cup so you know it's fully in place and no parts are folded.


Once you get the hang of it, I'm promise you'll never look back.

The Quince sling bag. I've been carrying this bag on repeat for the past year and I love it so much. It's made from 100% Italian leather, has that high-end look that could easily pass for a designer piece, but it doesn't cost hundreds. It's the perfect size, fits way more than you'd think, and still feels lightweight and easy to wear. Truly a staple in my closet and such a great gift too.

Please explain to me why soda is now $10 to $12 for a 12-pack. Like what??? 🤯 I swear I remember stocking up when they were $2.50 each and feeling like a baller with my cart full of soda. Now I'm standing in the aisle doing mental math like, "Okay… that's $1 a can… that's basically LaCroix pricing but without the fancy vibe."


At this point, I guess it's just one more reason to drink water… but man, sometimes a girl just wants a cold Diet Coke without taking out a loan. 🙃
