A new $250 "visa integrity fee" more than doubles costs for non-waiver travelers starting Oct. 1, while a proposed rule would limit international students to four years of study. At the same time, ICE has secured over $75 billion for hiring 10,000 deportation officers and Border Patrol is accelerating its 5,000-agent expansion with grueling training in New Mexico.
