Thank you to everyone who submitted questions for this year's Citizens Agenda project. Every year, compiling the list in our print paper gives me insight into what matters most to our readers. This year, after editing and combining like questions, we published 74 of them.

As our page designer, I try every year to improve upon the text-heavy 1-2 print pages to make them more digestible and reader friendly. 

Be sure to check out pages A6-A7 of the Aug. 15 edition — in my opinion, the questions are easier to absorb in that format, rather than the Google Form available online.

That being said, now is your chance to vote on your top-5 questions to ask candidates. In addition to the primary and general elections, participating in CDN's Citizens Agenda process is another type of citizen engagement and opportunity for you to be a part of a democratic process.

Be sure to vote by the end of the day Aug. 29 online (or, if you prefer voting by mail, pick up a copy of CDN's Aug. 15 edition and fill out the form on page A7).
