The question I keep coming back to

Hi ,

There's a question I've been coming back to lately —

especially on the days that start with noise:

What do I want to lead today?

Not what's loudest.

Not what's urgent.

Just what's real.

Sometimes, the most productive move

is to pause long enough to hear the honest answer.

That's where clarity begins.
