The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published a bulletin about severe illness associated with eating mushroom-containing chocolate products, saying, "consumers should be aware that microdosing psychedelic products can cause severe illness or death and that recalled products should not be sold, purchased, or eaten."

The House bill to designate psychedelic therapy centers of excellence got one new cosponsor for a total of 26.
