At the G20 summit in Brazil, Keir Starmer will urge fellow leaders to support Ukraine – 1,000 days after the Russian invasion.
The main action at home might be outside parliament, as thousands of farmers descend on Westminster to protest against the "family farms tax". There will be a mass lobby of MPs at Church House and a separate protest near Downing Street. Inside the Commons, Steve Reed, the environment secretary, will be questioned about the inheritance tax change at 2.30pm by the select committee that monitors his department.
MPs will sit at 11.30am for questions on health. Later they will discuss Lords amendments to the Passenger Railway Services (Public Ownership) Bill and hold a debate on infected blood.
Andrew Bailey, the Bank of England governor, will be quizzed by the Treasury select committee at 10am.
Yvette Cooper, the home secretary, will make a speech about reforms to policing and James Timpson, the prisons minister, will appear before the justice select committee at 2.30pm.
The business select committee will question ministers and Post Office leaders about the Horizon scandal at 2.30pm.
