New York prosecutors this week are expected to tell a judge how they think Donald Trump's already decided criminal case should proceed in light of his presidential election victory.

The Republican former president was scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 26, but Justice Juan Merchan last week put all proceedings in the case on pause at the request of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office.
