The Information is pleased to announce that Ken Brown is joining The Information as senior finance editor. Ken's name is synonymous with in-depth financial reporting about the biggest business stories of our time. As an editor at the Wall Street Journal, he has overseen investigative teams devoted to breaking news on financial scams, corporate bad behavior, private equity and cryptocurrency. As Money & Investing editor, he oversaw the Journal's coverage of the financial crisis. Ken was also the Journal's Hong Kong bureau chief, where he ran coverage of Asia's financial system, markets and economies. More recently Ken oversaw climate, financial investigations and risk at the paper. In his new role, Ken will scale our coverage of the biggest stories related to finance, technology and investing, while deepening our expertise in important areas like energy, climate tech and the future of the China-U.S. tech relationship. Ken is also an adjunct professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism where he teaches investigative journalism. He starts on January 21. |
