What we heard about our journalism: "We love your work," "Keep it coming," "We love to be surprised every week," and one person even said, "It's like you're an institution already" - after only four years of publishing.
Part of that consistent success has been the relationships we've made in our two-county area and the high quality of our reporting and writing.
Frank Catalano, CDN's inaugural business contributor, was a big part of that. Today, we published his final column on the state of local business, and you'll see his last Business Briefs published tomorrow.
I know we'll see him around, but I will definitely miss his 6:30 a.m. messages sharing news tips.
You'll see the CDN crew again the next two Saturdays at our free election candidate forums at Sehome High School in Bellingham. More information can be found here.
