Afternoon Cintila, Courtland here. 

 

I heard you opened the coaching emails sent last week. 

 

I wanted to follow up with something simple and straight to the point: 

 

Most people never get to live their calling because they hesitate. 

 

I've been coaching leaders for more than 20 years, and the pattern stays the same:

 

People who wait → stay stuck.
People who act → reach their goals fast.

Let me show you what I mean.

 

When you look at Sarah and John, you'd never guess they were in the same place five years ago. 

 

Both had just been laid off. 

 

Both were wondering what was next, and both were introduced to the idea of starting a coaching business.
