Hello,
In the latest 2025 edition of The Information's 50 Most Promising Startups, our newsroom sifted through hundreds of startups to find the ones most likely to define the next decade. The result: 50 companies that have raised less than $100 million and are already changing how industries work, from AI infrastructure and crypto to robotics and commerce.
One stealth startup developing software to manage Nvidia chips in data centers is already generating hundreds of millions in annualized revenue. Former Tesla battery chief Drew Baglino is building solid-state power electronics to connect data centers directly to the grid. And Surge AI quietly outpaced Scale AI's sales before gearing up for a billion-dollar valuation.
Across categories, the same story played out, profitable growth, small teams and focused ambition. Only nine companies on the list have more than 100 employees, yet twenty already generate over $10 million in revenue. Sequoia Capital led more funding rounds than any other investor; Andreessen Horowitz wasn't far behind.
The 2025 list highlights where smart capital and sharper execution are redefining what it means to be an early-stage success.
Only a few days left—through November 16—to access the full 2025 list, available exclusively to Annual subscribers for $299/year (normally $399, a 25% discount). After that, it will be only available through a Pro subscription ($749/year).
