It's no secret that many enterprises haven't been able to get the business efficiencies they were hoping for when they first started adopting AI. As outlined in an MIT study earlier this year, the vast majority of AI pilot projects that enterprises have launched haven't been successful.
While there are many reasons for this, one of the most basic is that companies aren't doing enough to incentivize employees to use AI. As a result, adoption of AI services within companies can vary widely from department to department, whether it's sales, marketing or human resources.
Join The Information's Kevin McLaughlin, Atlassian's VP of HR, Alicia Lenart, Eliza Co-founder, Brian Benedict, and ServiceRocket's COO, Colleen Blake, as they discuss some of the ways companies are trying to get more employees on board with using AI, including some examples of their unique approaches to the challenge.
