The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that votes for a medical cannabis expansion initiative on the November ballot cannot be counted because its language is "misleading."
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said she'll be voting in favor of the psychedelics legalization initiative on Massachusetts's November ballot, but added that "we've got to get the right regulations in place to make sure people are safe."
A Florida judge dismissed a senator's lawsuit challenging a Department of Transportation anti-marijuana ad that advocates say amounts to an improper use of taxpayer dollars to campaign against the legalization initiative on the November ballot—though a new poll shows the measure with enough support to pass.

Willie Nelson and Colorado Gov. The Environmental Protection Agency determined that public comments about marijuana legalization were not germane to a rule on an air quality plan for California's South Coast.
